Abstract
Described herein are methods for obtaining enucleated cells from nucleated cells. Also, described herein are methods for cell processing, including providing a composition containing nucleated cells and enucleating at least a portion of the nucleated cells to produce an enucleated cell fraction.
Claims55
A method for obtaining a population of enucleated cells, the method comprising:
- contacting a plurality of cells with a particle density gradient generated by fixed angle centrifugation to produce the population of enucleated cells,
- wherein the population of enucleated cells accumulates at a density range in the particle density gradient.
