A massage mechanism with adjustment function, comprising:

• an adjustment component, which comprises an adjusting driving unit, an adjusting screw rod, and at least one push block, wherein an output shaft of the adjusting driving unit is connected to the adjusting screw rod, the push block is threaded with the adjusting screw rod, and a guide part is provided on the push block;
• and
• two sets of massage components, wherein the massage components comprise an installation seat and a massage head provided on the installation seat, a sliding groove is provided on one side of the installation seat close to the adjustment component, and the sliding groove is inserted into the guide part and slidably connected with the guide part;
• wherein the adjusting driving unit drives the adjusting screw rod to rotate, and the push block pushes the installation seat that cooperates with it to move and adjust a position of the massage component.
