Abstract
Novel devices to be positioned in the lumen of a hollow organ or a part thereof, comprising a mesh that allows anchoring of the tubular sleeve to the surface of the lumen of the hollow organ by becoming physically engaged with the surface of the lumen of the hollow organ are provided.

A tubular sleeve designed to be positioned in the lumen of at least one hollow organ or a part thereof, wherein at least a portion of the tubular sleeve comprises a mesh, and wherein the mesh allows anchoring of the tubular sleeve to the surface of the lumen of the hollow organ by becoming physically engaged with the surface of the lumen of the hollow organ.
