Adjustable and combination surgical aimer, drill guide and bullet

A surgical tool aimer, comprising:

• a handle for supporting and aiming a bullet that is configured to target a surgical site, the handle has receptacles for the bullet, each of the receptacles is oriented at a unique orientation relative to the handle, and the handle is symmetrical;
• an aimer arm rigidly mounted and not movable relative to the handle, the aimer arm has a tip and an elbow adjacent to the tip, the handle is configured to retain the bullet in one of the receptacles for selectively aiming the bullet at either the tip or the elbow, and the aimer arm is co-planar with a centerline of the handle;
• and
• the receptacles comprise first and second columns of receptacles, the first column of the receptacles aims the bullet at the tip, and the second column of the receptacles aims the bullet at the elbow.

A surgical tool aimer, comprising:

• a handle configured to support and aim a bullet that is configured to target a surgical site, the handle has receptacles for the bullet, wherein the receptacles comprise a first column of receptacles and a second column of receptacles, and each of the receptacles in the first column is oriented at a unique orientation relative to the handle, and each of the receptacles in the second column mirrors, about a longitudinal centerline of the handle, the orientation of a respective receptacle in the first column;
• and
• an aimer arm rigidly mounted to the handle such that there is no relative motion therebetween, and the handle is configured to retain the bullet in one of the receptacles for selectively orienting the bullet for aiming at a single target location along the aimer arm,
• wherein a longitudinal slot is outboard of each receptacle to enable guidewire removal from respective ones of the receptacles.
