Tablet for supporting one or more objects and chair structure including the tablet

A tablet for supporting one or more objects, wherein the tablet is anchorable to a chair or armchair structure, said tablet comprising:

• a shelf (2) configured to allow a positioning of said one or more objects;
• an articulation (4) anchored to said shelf (2) and configured to rotate around a predetermined first axis of rotation (R1) to allow a selective rotation of said shelf (2) between an inoperative and an operative position;
• a support element (6) having ends (7, 8) connected, respectively, to said articulation (4) and said chair or armchair structure;
• and
• constraint means (21) configured to promote a selective locking/unlocking of said shelf (2) in/from said operative position, said constraint means (21) comprising a pin (22) operatively connected to said support element (6) adjacently to one of the ends (7) connected to said articulation (4), and a shaped seat (25) formed in said articulation (4) and configured to allow an insertion of said pin (22), said shaped seat (25) comprising:
• a first portion (28) configured to allow the insertion of said pin (22) with reduced clearance so as to define with the pin a rotational constraint for said articulation (4) around said first axis of rotation (R1) and lock the shelf (2) in said operating position;
• a second portion (29) having a predetermined length (I3) and configured to allow the insertion of said pin (22), said second portion (29) of said seat (25) being configured to selectively rotate around, respectively, to said first axis of rotation (R1) and to said pin (22) during a rotation of the articulation (4) so as to allow a partial or total insertion of said pin (22) into said second portion (29) and a changeover of the shelf (2) from said operative an inoperative position to said inoperative or operative position;
• and
• actuating means (31) configured to promote a controlled movement of said articulation (4) and/or said pin (22) with respect to said support element (6) so as to promote the a selective insertion of said pin (22) into the first portion (28) or in the second portion (29) of said seat (25);
• wherein said shelf (2) is rotatably anchored to said articulation (4) so as to rotate selectively with respect to said articulation (4) around a second axis of rotation (R2) substantially orthogonal with respect to the first axis of rotation (R1).
