Abstract

The present invention discloses a vertical heat treatment device, which includes a vertical furnace, a temporary storage and cooling portion, and a segmented loading and unloading structure. The segmented loading and unloading structure is provided with a first-stage conveying device and a first-stage conveying device; the first-stage conveying device is positioned below the vertical furnace and configured to convey a vertical boat into or out of the vertical furnace; and the first-stage conveying device is configured to transfer the vertical boat between the temporary storage and cooling portion and the first-stage conveying device.
