Abstract

Embodiments include an apparatus and method for fabricating a display device and display device manufactured by the method. The apparatus for fabricating the display device, includes: a stage on which a substrate is placed; a sensor unit configured to acquire data by capturing an image of the substrate and the stage and/or measuring numerical values; a pattern generating unit configured to analyze the data to calculate a size of the substrate and position information of the substrate relative to the stage, and to create a pattern map based on the size and position information of the substrate; and an inkjet head unit comprising at least one inkjet head, which ejects ink onto the substrate based on the pattern map, where the substrate on which the ink has been applied is attached on a surface of a display panel of the display device.
