Abstract
A method and an apparatus for configuring and applying candidate cell, the method comprising: receiving, by a terminal equipment, configuration information for configuring candidate cell(s) transmitted by a network device, wherein one cell is not simultaneously configured as a conditional handover (CHO) candidate cell and an L1/L2 Triggered Mobility (LTM) candidate cell.
Claims11
An apparatus for applying candidate cell, configured in a terminal equipment, the apparatus comprising:
- a receiver configured to receive configuration information for configuring candidate cell(s) transmitted by a network device;
- and
- a processor circuitry configured to attempt to execute CHO (Conditional Handover) or LTM (L1/L2 Triggered Mobility) based on implementation of the terminal equipment or according to a configuration of the network device when the terminal equipment is configured with CHO configuration and LTM configuration.
An apparatus for configuring candidate cell, configured in a network device, the apparatus comprising:
- a transmitter configured to transmit configuration information for configuring candidate cell(s) to a terminal equipment;
- wherein the terminal equipment attempts to execute CHO or LTM based on implementation of the terminal equipment or according to a configuration of the network device when the terminal equipment is configured with CHO configuration and LTM configuration.
A communication system, comprising:
- a network device configured to transmit configuration information for configuring candidate cell(s);
- and
- a terminal equipment configured to attempt to execute CHO or LTM based on implementation of the terminal equipment or according to a configuration of the network device when the terminal equipment is configured with CHO configuration and LTM configuration.
