A pin rotation structure for a power converter, including an upper cap, a lower cap covered to the upper cap, a support disposed between the upper cap and the lower cap, and a plug assembly rotatably disposed on the lower cap, wherein the plug assembly includes a rotary base rotatably disposed on the lower cap, and a plug body disposed on the rotary base; at least one feel limit portion is formed on the rotary base; a rotation avoidance hole for placing the rotary base in rotation is disposed on the lower cap; wherein the pin rotation structure further includes a feel limit mechanism disposed on the support; and the feel limit mechanism and the at least one feel limit portion interfere with each other and are matched with each other when the rotary base rotates.
