Approval and controlled distribution of ai-generated content

A system comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to:
• receive a request to create generated media content, wherein the request includes a requested theme directed to a target characteristic of the generated media content;
• create the generated media content as a function of the requested theme using generative artificial intelligence;
• determine if the generated media content is approved based on a content approval machine-learning model, wherein the content approval machine-learning model generates a content approval output based on the generated media content and at least one preference parameter defining approval criteria for the generated media content, wherein the content approval machine-learning model comprises a neural network;
• and
• in response to the content approval output indicating approval:
• apply a digital watermark to the generated media content;
• configure an authorization server to govern use of the generated media content, wherein the digital watermark is used to identify rights information;
• and
• provide access to the generated media content based on the rights information.

A system comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to:
• receive a request to create generated media content, wherein the request includes a requested theme directed to a target characteristic of the generated media content;
• evaluate, using an evaluation model comprising a machine-learning model developed based on the pre-generation preference data, the request against the pre-generation preference data;
• in response to the request satisfying the pre-generation preference data, create the generated media content as a function of the requested theme using generative artificial intelligence comprising a generative machine-learning model configured to generate content based on the requested theme;
• integrate the generated media content with predetermined other content comprising at least one of audio content, video content, or image content;
• tag the generated media content with metadata describing at least one of the generated content’s genre, length, or target audience;
• determine if the generated media content is approved based on a content approval machine-learning model, wherein the content approval machine-learning model generates a content approval output based on the generated media content and at least one preference parameter defining approval criteria for the generated media content, wherein the content approval machine-learning model comprises a neural network;
• and
• in response to the content approval output indicating approval, provide access to the generated media content.
