One printer among the plurality of printers is an operating-side printer that operates the other printers. The operating-side printer is provided with a GUI file for a host device, and control software that gives a command to the print mechanism part control software, a GUI file and control software for operating an operated-side printer are constructed, and the operated-side printer is operated on the basis of the constructed GUI file and the control software of the operated-side printer.
