• a storage unit that stores use registration information indicating whether or not to use a maintenance and management service for securing in advance a spare part for the component constituting the molding machine before the component is damaged, in association with an identifier of a user of the molding machine;
• and
• a processing unit,
• the processing unit
• estimating a remaining life or an abnormality degree of the component based on the acquired physical quantity data;
• determining whether or not a spare part for the component needs to be secured before a predetermined time period required for securing a spare part of the component at the latest based on the estimated remaining life or abnormality degree of the component;
• and
• executing, in a case where it is determined that a spare part for the component needs to be secured, processing of securing a spare part of the component that needs to be replaced according to the use registration information stored in the storage unit.

A non-transitory computer readable recording medium storing a computer program causing a computer to execute processing of:

• storing, in a storage unit, use registration information indicating whether or not to use a maintenance and management service for securing in advance a spare part of a component constituting a molding machine before the component is damaged, in association with an identifier of a user of the molding machine;
• acquiring physical quantity data related to a condition of the component constituting the molding machine;
• estimating a remaining life or an abnormality degree of the component based on the acquired physical quantity data;
• determining whether or not a spare part for the component needs to be secured before a predetermined time period required for securing a spare part of the component at the latest based on the estimated remaining life or abnormality degree of the component;
• and
• executing, in a case where it is determined that a spare part for the component needs to be secured, processing of securing a spare part of the component that needs to be replaced according to the use registration information stored in the storage unit.
