A pancreatic cancer detection device, including: a solid surface comprising a plurality of antibodies bound to the solid surface, the solid surface configured to indicate selective binding between each antibody and a corresponding target protein; wherein the antibodies are configured to selectively bind to two or more of the target proteins selected from the group consisting of MMP7, CA19-9, CA242, CA72-4, CA50, MIC1, THBS2, MUC2, REG1B, TNC, and TFF1. A method of detecting pancreatic cancer including collecting a biological sample from a subject; contacting the biological sample with a pancreatic detection device disclosed herein; and indicating a likelihood of an incidence of pancreatic cancer in the subject.
A pancreatic cancer detection device, comprising:
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any preceding claim, wherein the solid surface comprises antibodies configured to selectively bind to two or more target proteins selected from the group consisting of:
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any preceding claim, wherein the solid surface comprises antibodies configured to selectively bind to two or more target proteins selected from the group consisting of:
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any preceding claim, wherein at least one of the target proteins is selected from the group consisting of:
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any preceding claim, wherein at least one of the target proteins is MIC1.
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any preceding claim, wherein at least one of the target proteins is CA242.
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any preceding claim, wherein the antibodies configured to selectively bind to three or more target proteins include at least MMP7, MIC1, and TFF1.
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any one of the previous claims, wherein the lateral flow detection surface comprises a lateral flow detection test trip.
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any one of the previous claims, further comprising a control line.
The pancreatic cancer detection device of any one of the previous claims, wherein indicating comprises visually indicating binding to a user.
A method of detecting pancreatic cancer, comprising:
A method of prognosing a subject with pancreatic cancer, comprising:
A method of predicting or determining the effect of therapeutic treatment on a subject with pancreatic cancer, comprising:
