Abstract
A management system includes a controller communicable with a first air conditioner and a second air conditioner of a model different from a model of the first air conditioner, and a server apparatus communicable with the controller. A control unit of the controller transmits an instruction according to the models of the first air conditioner and the second air conditioner to the first air conditioner or the second air conditioner, in a case where an instruction is received from the server apparatus.

A management system having a controller communicable with a first air conditioner and a second air conditioner of a model different from a model of the first air conditioner, and a server apparatus communicable with the controller, wherein:
- a control unit of the controller transmits an instruction according to the models of the first air conditioner and the second air conditioner to the first air conditioner or the second air conditioner, in a case where an instruction is received from the server apparatus.
An instruction method performed by a management system having a controller communicable with a first air conditioner and a second air conditioner of a model different from a model of the first air conditioner, and a server apparatus communicable with the controller, the instruction method comprising:
- transmitting, by a control unit of the controller, an instruction according to the models of the first air conditioner and the second air conditioner to the first air conditioner or the second air conditioner, in a case where an instruction is received from the server apparatus.
A controller communicable with a server apparatus, a first air conditioner that stores a program corresponding to first control, and a second air conditioner of a model different from a model of the first air conditioner, wherein:
- the second air conditioner does not store the program, and
- a control unit of the controller instructs the first control with respect to the first air conditioner, and instructs a second control that substitutes for the first control with respect to the second air conditioner, in a case where an instruction related to the first control is received from the server apparatus.
