An ecological sheet pile is provided, including a sheet pile body with through holes formed in the sheet pile body and water-permeable and air-permeable structures arranged on one side of the sheet pile body. Openings are formed between the water-permeable and air-permeable structures and the sheet pile body. The water-permeable and air-permeable structures are curved surfaces. The water-permeable and air-permeable structures are convex toward a water-facing side. Water-permeable and air-permeable channels are formed inside the water-permeable and air-permeable structures. The water-permeable and air-permeable channels are in communication with the through holes and the openings, respectively. The ecological sheet pile can achieve the communication of groundwater and surface water, ensuring the rigidity strength of the ecological sheet pile, and preventing water and soil loss.
