Abstract

A lubricant and an application thereof, and a preparation method. The lubricant comprises: (i) an aromatic ester-based material, having a weight percentage of at least 45 wt % based on the weight of the lubricant; (ii) polyisobutylene, having a weight percentage of 10 wt % to 45 wt % based on the weight of the lubricant; (iii) an antioxidant, comprising a first antioxidant, having a weight percentage of 1 wt % to 15 wt % based on the weight of the lubricant, and a melting point higher than 75° C.; and (iv) an extreme pressure anti-wear agent, having a weight percentage not exceeding 4.5 wt % based on the weight of the lubricant. The present invention helps to reduce smoke emissions and alleviate environmental pollution at a lower cost, at the same time as satisfying lubricant main performance indicators.
