Abstract

The present disclosure describes compositions including water, one or more wax emulsions, and one or more film formers; and optionally one or more wetting agents, one or more silicone emulsions, one or more rheology modifiers, one or more preservatives, one or more dyes, and/or a fragrance. The present disclosure also describes methods of preparing compositions. Additionally, the present disclosure describes methods of protecting an exterior surface or an interior surface including applying a composition of the present disclosure to the surface and allowing the composition to form a protective film on the surface.
