Abstract
Provided is chemically strengthened glass with high fracture strength. The chemically strengthened glass has: a thickness of 0.6 mm or less; a surface compressive stress of 600 MPa or greater; a depth of compressive stress layer of 0 to 175 μm; and a value of X, expressed by the following formula (1), being greater than or equal to 0. X = 2 . 0 5 × E m 0.5 + CS 120 ( 1 ) In the formula (1), Em is a Young's modulus at an in-plane center position of the chemically strengthened glass, in units of GPa; and CS120 is a compressive stress at a depth of 120 μm in the chemically strengthened glass, in units of MPa.
