A precision-controlled liquid dispensing system includes a base supporting at least one liquid reservoir and a weight-measuring device positioned along a load path to generate a weight signal corresponding to liquid quantity. A control unit receives user input and the weight signal, determines a target dispensing amount, and actuates one or more actuators to control liquid flow through a dispensing interface. The reservoir may be removably coupled via a rotational locking interface that establishes both a load path through the weight-measuring device and a fluid connection. The system may include bottom-or top-fed fluid connections, a bar gun dispensing interface, and a deformable check valve having an elastomeric body that expands under pressure to permit flow and contracts to restrict flow. The control unit may further monitor changes in weight to terminate dispensing and independently track multiple reservoirs.
