A bicycle includes a crankshaft, a vehicle wheel, and a transmission that includes a first rotating body, a second rotating body, and a transmission link to transmit a driving force from the first rotating body to the second rotating body. At least one of the first or second rotating body includes a plurality of sprockets. The bicycle includes a speed changer to change a speed change ratio by changing a combination of a sprocket of the first rotating body on which the transmission link is positioned and a sprocket of the second rotating body, and a motor to supply the transmission link with a driving force. A motor controller is configured or programmed to, upon receiving a speed change signal indicative of a speed change operation performed by the speed changer, perform a speed change response control to control the motor such that electric power in the motor remains constant.
