An intravenous (IV) blood set foot pump including a housing comprising a fluid cavity, an inlet port, and an outlet port, a squeezing member coupled to the housing, and a biasing member coupled to the housing and the squeezing member, the biasing member configured to exert a biasing force against the squeezing member when the biasing member is in a compressed state, wherein the inlet port is configured to be coupled to a first IV tube of an IV set and the outlet port is configured to be coupled to a second IV tube of the IV set. IV sets with IV blood set foot pumps and methods of operating IV blood set foot pumps are also provided.
