Abstract
A drying tool for marine, automotive, and other applications includes a buoyant, lightweight handle and a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) foam roller for absorbing moisture from surfaces. The PVA foam roller is mounted on a roller shaft and is secured to the handle using a quick-release mechanism, enabling easy attachment and replacement. An integrated wringing mechanism removes excess moisture from the PVA foam roller. The handle may detachably connect to an extension pole for larger surfaces and extended-reach applications.
