Abstract

Provided is a tableware with a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber structure, which includes a tableware base and a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber layer. The tableware base has a bottom of tableware, a side wall of the tableware formed by enclosure, and a smooth transition tableware edge, jointly defining an internal storage space. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber layer is integrally formed and fixedly connected to an outer surface of the tableware base through a dipping mold, continuously and uniformly covering the bottom of the tableware, side wall of the tableware, and an outer side of the tableware edge. The present disclosure utilizes the self-adhesive properties of platinum catalyzed two-component liquid silicone rubber to polycarbonate matrix, and achieves a tight fit without the need for glue through material chemical bonding. It has the characteristics of safety, environmental protection, anti-scalding, anti-slip, and stable structure.

Dependent claims

A tableware with a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber structure, comprising:

a tableware base, wherein the tableware base comprises a bottom of the tableware, a periphery of the bottom of the tableware extends upward and encloses to form a side wall of the tableware, the side wall of the tableware extends outward from one end of the bottom of the tableware and smoothly transitions to form a tableware edge;
the bottom of the tableware, the side wall of the tableware, and the tableware edge jointly define an internal storage space of the tableware base;
wherein an outer surface of the tableware base is provided with a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber layer, and the self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber layer is integrally formed and fixedly connected to an outer surface of the tableware base through a dipping mold;
the self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber layer continuously and uniformly covers an outer surface of the bottom of the tableware, an outer surface of the side wall of the tableware, and an outer surface of the tableware edge;
the material of the self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber layer is platinum catalyzed two-component liquid silicone rubber, and the self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber layer is tightly adhered to the tableware base through material chemical bonding.
