Information processing apparatus, information processing system, and non-transitory computer readable medium storing program

An information processing system comprising:

• a management server that manages notification information to be notified to a user who uses an information processing apparatus;
• and
• the information processing apparatus including a processor, and a memory, in which the processor is configured to:
• receive notification information required to be notified to the user from the management server and store one or a plurality of pieces of received notification information in the memory;
• permit a user who has undergone authentication set in advance to log in as an administrator user who manages the information processing apparatus;
• manage whether each notification information stored in the memory is in a read state in which the administrator user has checked content or in an unread state in which the administrator user has not checked the content;
• display the notification information in the read state, in a first display mode, and display the notification information in the unread state, in a second display mode, in a case where the notification information stored in the memory is displayed and the user who uses the information processing apparatus is logged in as the administrator user;
• and
• display both the notification information in the read state and the notification information in the unread state, in the second display mode, in a case where the user who uses the information processing apparatus is a general user other than the administrator user.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:

• storing one or a plurality of pieces of notification information to be notified to a user who uses an information processing apparatus in a memory;
• permitting a user who has undergone authentication set in advance to log in as an administrator user who manages the information processing apparatus;
• managing whether each notification information stored in the memory is in a read state in which the administrator user has checked content or in an unread state in which the administrator user has not checked the content;
• displaying the notification information in the read state, in a first display mode, and displaying the notification information in the unread state, in a second display mode, in a case where the notification information stored in the memory is displayed and the user who uses the information processing apparatus is logged in as the administrator user;
• and
• displaying both the notification information in the read state and the notification information in the unread state, in the second display mode, in a case where the user who uses the information processing apparatus is a general user other than the administrator user.
