A DC-DC converter, comprising a power-stage circuit unit, and further comprising a control loop unit, wherein

• a first control signal output end and a second control signal output end of the control loop unit are separately connected to the power-stage circuit unit, and a first sampled voltage output end and a second sampled voltage output end of the power-stage circuit unit are separately connected to the control loop unit, to form a closed control loop;
• the control loop unit generates a first control signal and a second control signal based on a baseband control signal of a radio frequency front-end module, a first sampled voltage, and a second sampled voltage, and provides the first control signal and the second control signal to the power-stage circuit unit;
• and
• the power-stage circuit unit adjusts an output voltage based on the first control signal and the second control signal, to implement fast tracking of the output voltage of the DC-DC converter in respect of transmission power.
