Abstract
A diagnosis apparatus includes: an acquiring section that acquires a transport speed of a medium in a transport apparatus that transports the medium to a printing section; a storage section that stores the acquired transport speed; and a determining section that performs time-series analysis on the stored transport speed and determines, based on a timing at which a change in the transport speed has occurred, a location where an abnormality has occurred in the transport of the medium.
Claims17
A diagnosis apparatus comprising:
- an acquiring section that acquires a transport speed of a medium in a transport apparatus that transports the medium to a printing section;
- a storage section that stores the acquired transport speed;
- and
- a determining section that performs time-series analysis on the stored transport speed and determines, based on a timing at which a change in the transport speed has occurred, a location where an abnormality has occurred in the transport of the medium.
A system in which a transport apparatus that transports a medium to a printing section and a diagnosis apparatus are communicably coupled to each other via a network, wherein
- the diagnosis apparatus includes
- an acquiring section that acquires a transport speed of the medium in the transport apparatus that transports the medium to the printing section,
- a storage section that stores the acquired transport speed, and
- a determining section that performs time-series analysis on the stored transport speed and determines, based on a timing at which a change in the transport speed has occurred, a location where an abnormality has occurred in the transport of the medium.
A diagnosis method comprising causing a computer to execute processing of:
- acquiring a transport speed of a medium in a transport apparatus that transports the medium to a printing section;
- storing the acquired transport speed in a storage section;
- and
- performing time-series analysis on the stored transport speed and determining, based on a timing at which a change in the transport speed has occurred, a location where an abnormality has occurred in the transport of the medium.
