Abstract
A remote operation system for a work machine includes: a remote controller associated with a remote operation device and configured to transmit, based on an operation signal from the remote operation device, an operation command; a relay controller associated with a work machine and configured to receive the operation command; an operation command transmitter configured to transmit the operation command relayed by the relay controller to the work machine; and a management controller configured to connect communication between the remote controller that is specific and the relay controller that is specific.

A remote operation system for a work machine, the remote operation system comprising:
- a remote controller associated with a remote operation device and configured to transmit, based on an operation signal from the remote operation device, an operation command;
- a relay controller associated with a work machine and configured to receive the operation command;
- an operation command transmitter configured to transmit the operation command relayed by the relay controller to the work machine;
- and
- a management controller configured to connect communication between the remote controller that is specific and the relay controller that is specific.
A remote operation method for a work machine, the remote operation method comprising:
- causing a management controller to connect communication between a remote controller that is specific and associated with a remote operation device and a relay controller that is specific and associated with a work machine;
- causing the remote controller to transmit, based on an operation signal from the remote operation device, an operation command;
- causing the relay controller to receive the operation command transmitted from the remote controller;
- causing an operation command transmitter to transmit the operation command relayed by the relay controller to the work machine;
- and
- causing the work machine to operate based on the operation command transmitted from the operation command transmitter.
