Nanocarrier Composition with Adjustable Structure, Preparation Method and Use Thereof

A method for preparing a nanocarrier composition with adjustable structure, comprising the following steps:

• Step S1:
• dissolving lecithin, a regulator, and a surfactant in an organic solvent to form a mixed solution;
• Step S2:
• evaporating and removing the organic solvent in the mixed solution to form a thin film containing the lecithin, the regulator, and the surfactant;
• and
• Step S3:
• adding water to dissolve the thin film back, and apply energy to perform a hydration reaction to obtain the nanocarrier composition containing the regulator, wherein
• the regulator is a terpene compound, and the terpene compound is selected from a monocyclic terpene compound, a bicyclic terpene compound or a chain terpene compound;
• the organic solvent is selected from any one of methanol, n-hexane, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, formic acid, acetic acid, acetonitrile, dichloromethane, dimethylformamide or tetrahydrofuran, or a combination thereof;
• the surfactant is any one of anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant or ionic surfactant or a combination thereof;
• and
• the method for applying energy includes stirring, vortexing or ultrasonication in a water bath.

A method for loading a drug using a nanocarrier composition with adjustable structure, wherein

• the drug is selected from the group consisting of cannabinoids, flavonoids, carotenoids, triterpenoids, polyphenols, alkaloids, fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins, polysaccharides, volatile oils, and amino acid compounds;
• and
• the nanocarrier composition with adjustable structure comprising lecithin, a regulator, a surfactant and water, wherein
• the regulator is a terpene compound, and the terpene compound is selected from a monocyclic terpene compound, a bicyclic terpene compound or a chain terpene compound;
• and
• the surfactant is any one of anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant or ionic surfactant or a combination thereof.
