The invention relates to an oral nicotine composition having improved characteristics as well as a pouch comprising said oral nicotine composition, wherein said oral nicotine composition comprises nicotine and oat fibers and/or oat powders.

An oral nicotine composition comprising,
- a. nicotine from 0.5 to 12 mg, and
- b. filler, wherein the filler is natural oat fiber or oat powder or mixture thereof in an amount of from 30% by weight to 75% by weight.
