Abstract
The present invention relates to a detachable link for a piece of jewelry or watchmaking, for example for a chain, a bracelet and/or a necklace. In one embodiment, the link comprises two main elements forming the link, as well as a bolt arranged to connect the two elements in a detachable manner. The bolt comprises successive distinct zones and is arranged to be able to perform an axial movement in order to move to an unlocked position.

Link and/or clasp of a chain, adapted for a piece of jewelry, comprising first and second elements capable of being secured together so as to form the said link and/or clasp and arranged to conduct a movement relative to one another in order to allow separation, in the case of a link, from another link and/or the addition of the link to another link of the chain, or, in the case of a clasp, the opening of the clasp,
- the said first element comprising:
- a housing and first and second openings giving access to said housing;
- a bolt arranged in said housing and actuatable by an actuating member, the actuating member being arranged to allow activation of the bolt by and/or through said first opening;
- the said second element comprising:
- an insert, arranged to be insertable into said housing through said second opening, wherein the said insert comprises a cooperating structure and the said bolt comprises a cooperation zone, said cooperating structure and said cooperation zone being arranged to be able to pass, upon actuation of said bolt, from a locked position, in which the said movement is prevented, to an unlocked position, in which the said movement is possible.
A clasp for a chain, adapted for a piece of jewelry, comprising first and second elements capable of being secured together so as to form the said clasp and arranged to conduct a movement relative to one another in order to allow the opening of the clasp,
- the said first element comprising:
- a housing and first and second openings giving access to said housing;
- a bolt arranged in said housing and actuatable by an actuating member, the actuating member being arranged to allow activation of the bolt by and/or through said first opening;
- the said second element comprising:
- an insert, arranged to be insertable into said housing through said second opening,
- wherein the said insert comprises a cooperating structure and the said bolt comprises a cooperation zone, said cooperating structure and said cooperation zone being arranged to be able to pass, upon actuation of said bolt, from a locked position, in which the said movement is prevented, to an unlocked position, in which the said movement is possible,
- wherein the clasp comprises a separate piece that provides a retaining part, arranged to form an end stop, to retain the bolt in said housing, and to limit the axial movement of the bolt, said retaining part being arranged:
- on the bolt, so as to provide a travel limit stop that moves with the bolt to be able to abut against a wall of the housing and thereby prevent the bolt from exiting the housing, or,
- on the first element, for example in or on the housing, so as to remain stationary in the housing and/or to form a stop inside the housing, the bolt comprising a travel limit stop intended to abut against the retaining part in order to prevent the bolt from exiting the housing.
Link of a chain and/or a clasp for a chain, adapted for a piece of jewelry, comprising first and second elements capable of being secured together so as to form the said link and/or clasp and arranged to conduct a movement relative to one another in order to allow separation, in the case of a link, from another link and/or the addition of the link to another link of the chain, or, in the case of a clasp, the opening of the clasp,

- an insert, arranged to be insertable into said housing through said second opening, wherein the said insert comprises a cooperating structure and the said bolt comprises a cooperation zone, said cooperating structure and said cooperation zone being arranged to be able to pass, upon actuation of said bolt, from a locked position, in which the said movement is prevented, to an unlocked position, in which the said movement is possible,
- wherein said insert notably comprises a first passage, oriented so as to allow bolt to pass through when the insert is placed in the housing, and a second passage, said second passage being oriented perpendicularly to the bolt.
