Abstract

The machine (1) for metering dense dairy products comprises: at least one base frame (2); one container body (3) defining a cavity (4) adapted to contain a dense dairy product; one metering device (5) associated with the base frame (2) and adapted to dispense portions of the dairy product; one transfer assembly (6) associated with the base frame (2), adapted to transfer the dairy product from the container body (3) to the metering device (5) and provided with at least one connecting duct (7) communicating with the cavity (4) and connected to the metering device (5); where the transfer assembly (6) comprises at least one pusher device (8) movable within the container body (3) and adapted to exert a pressing force on the dairy product, the pressing force causing the dairy product to flow out of the container body (3) through the connecting duct (7).
