Abstract
Disclosed herein is a sensor chip that includes a first sensing element, a second sensing element, and a plurality of first pad electrodes. The first sensing element is disposed in a first region. The second sensing element is disposed in a second region. The first pad electrodes are predominantly disposed in a third region interposed between the first region and the second region in a first direction.

A sensor chip comprising:
- a first sensing element;
- a second sensing element;
- and
- a plurality of first pad electrodes,
- wherein the first sensing element is disposed in a first region,
- wherein the second sensing element is disposed in a second region, and
- wherein the first pad electrodes are predominantly disposed in a third region interposed between the first region and the second region in a first direction.
