A circuit board, wherein the circuit board is configured to carry a target storage chip, the target storage chip comprises any one of at least two types of storage chips, quantities of pins of all of the at least two types of storage chips are equal, and pin arrangements of all of the at least two types of storage chips are the same;

• the circuit board comprises a first pad group, the first pad group is configured to be connected to the target storage chip, the first pad group comprises a plurality of first pads, each first pad is connected to at least two traces, each trace connected to at least some first pads comprises a first jumper area, and the trace is broken off in the first jumper area;
• when the circuit board is configured to carry the target storage chip, the first jumper area comprised in a target trace connected to the at least some first pads is used to mount a jumper element, and the target trace is a trace corresponding to the target storage chip in the at least two traces connected to the first pad;
• and
• a quantity of pads comprised in the first pad group is equal to a quantity of pins of the target storage chip, the first jumper area is a disconnected area in the trace, and the jumper element is a to-be-mounted electronic element.
