Abstract

The present invention provides a system for predicting physical properties of compressor oil capable of predicting the degradation of compressor oil sealed in a compressor based on simple measurements and presenting an appropriate maintenance timing for compressor oil to a user. Provided is a system for predicting physical properties of compressor oil that predicts physical properties of compressor oil sealed in a compressor, the system including: a data acquisition unit that acquires measurement data representing a temporal change in pressure of a working medium of the compressor and measurement data representing a temporal change in a temperature of the working medium of the compressor; a calculation unit that calculates physical properties of the compressor oil sealed in the compressor, the physical properties including a total acid number, based on a correlation between the temporal change in the pressure of the working medium and the temporal change in the temperature of the working medium, and a temporal change in the physical properties of the compressor oil; and an output unit that outputs the calculated physical properties.
