Abstract
An X-ray inspection device includes a display control unit configured to display, on a display unit, an image of an article obtained by irradiating the article with X-rays, and an adjustment screen on which a plurality of parameters are adjustable, the parameters being related to each of a plurality of inspections for detecting a defect in the article based on the image, wherein the display control unit displays, on the image, only a detection result of the inspection corresponding to the parameters being adjusted when the parameters are adjusted on the adjustment screen.

A control device for defect inspection, the device comprising a display control unit configured to display, on a display unit, an image of an article obtained by irradiating the article with X-rays, and an adjustment screen on which a plurality of parameters are adjustable, the parameters being related to each of a plurality of inspections for detecting a defect in the article based on the image,
- wherein the display control unit displays, on the image, only a detection result of the inspection corresponding to the parameters being adjusted when the parameters are adjusted on the adjustment screen.
A control method for defect inspection, the method comprising displaying, on a display unit, an image of an article obtained by irradiating the article with X-rays, and an adjustment screen on which a plurality of parameters are adjustable, the parameters being related to each of a plurality of inspections for detecting a defect in the article based on the image,
- wherein the displaying of the image includes displaying, on the image, only a detection result of the inspection corresponding to the parameters being adjusted when the parameters are adjusted on the adjustment screen.
A control program for defect inspection, the program causing a computer to function as a display control unit configured to display, on a display unit, an image of an article obtained by irradiating the article with X-rays, and an adjustment screen on which a plurality of parameters are adjustable, the parameters being related to each of a plurality of inspections for detecting a defect in the article based on the image,
