Abstract

Provided is a method for preparing a rubber composite material. The method includes: subjecting a flocculated coal gasification black water solution to concentration to obtain a concentrated solution, mixing the concentrated solution and a dispersant, and subjecting a resulting mixture to attrition and magnetic separation in sequence to obtain a magnetically separated suspension; adjusting the magnetically separated suspension to be alkaline, and subjecting a resulting system to aging and sieving in sequence to obtain a refined slurry; and mixing the refined slurry, a rubber emulsion, and a flocculant and conducting flocculation copolymerization to obtain the rubber composite material.
