A method of increasing muscle fiber size in a subject with agrin deficiency comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-MuSK antibody.
A method of treating a disease or condition resulting from agrin deficiency in a human subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-MuSK antibody.
A method of treating a disease or condition resulting from agrin deficiency in a human subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising an antibody-based molecule that specifically binds MuSK, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
A method of treating a disease or condition resulting from agrin deficiency in a human subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an antibody-based molecule that specifically binds MuSK, an expression vector comprising said polynucleotide, or a host cell or cell-free expression system containing said expression vector.
