Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition in the form of a particulate emulsion comprising: —at least one creatine ester or creatine ester salt, under particle form; —from 50% (w/w) to 80% (w/w) of an aqueous solvent; —from 10% (w/w) to 40% (w/w) of lipids.

A composition in the form a particulate emulsion comprising:
- at least one creatine ester or creatine ester salt, under particle form;
- from 50% (w/w) to 80% (w/w) of an aqueous solvent;
- and
- from 10% (w/w) to 40% (w/w) of lipids.

A method for preparing a composition in the form of a particulate emulsion comprising at least one creatine ester or creatine ester salt under particle form, comprising:
- adding a solution of at least one surfactant to a first mixture of at least one creatine ester or creatine ester salt and lipids to form a second mixture;
- and
- agitating the second mixture to form a particulate emulsion comprising the at least one creatine ester or creatine ester salt under particle form,
- wherein the at least one surfactant is at a concentration of less than 15% (w/w) in the composition in the form of a particulate emulsion.
