Wearable protection device

A wearable protection device comprising:

• an activator engageable with a pressurized gas container, the activator being configured to act on the container to allow the piercing thereof and the consequent outflow of gas,
• a bladder engaged with the activator and configurable between a deflated condition and an inflated condition, and
• a control unit connected to and active in command on the activator, wherein the control unit is configured to send a command signal to the activator for piercing of the container,
• wherein the control unit is configured to receive electrical energy to be electrically powered from at least one portable device connected to the control unit,
• wherein the control unit is connectable to the portable device by a cable configured to exclusively power supply the control unit, without data transfer, and
• wherein the control unit comprises or is connected to a wireless communication module of the protection device, for the exchange of data with the portable device.

A wearable protection device comprising:

• an activator engageable with a pressurized gas container, the activator being configured to act on the container to allow the piercing thereof and the consequent outflow of gas,
• a bladder engaged with the activator and configurable between a deflated condition and an inflated condition, and
• a control unit connected to and active in command on the activator, wherein the control unit is configured to send a command signal to the activator for piercing of the container,
• wherein the control unit is configured to receive electrical energy to be electrically powered from at least one portable device connected to the control unit,
• wherein the control unit is configured to be powered by a voltage comprised in a range of 3.5 volt to 5 volt, and
• wherein the control unit is devoid of an input voltage converter configured to reduce the voltage received from the portable device to 5 volt.
