Abstract
A light-emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a functional layer. The functional layer is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, and includes a light-emitting layer. At least one layer of the functional layer including the light-emitting layer contains a nanoparticle and at least one of an anion moiety and a cation moiety of a supporting electrolyte.
Claims18
A light-emitting element comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode;
- and
- a functional layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, and including a light-emitting layer,
- wherein at least one layer of the functional layer including the light-emitting layer contains a nanoparticle and at least one of an anion moiety and a cation moiety of a supporting electrolyte.
The light-emitting element according to claim wherein the anion moiety of the supporting electrolyte contains a halogen atom.
A method for manufacturing a display device, comprising:
- a step of forming a nanoparticle solution containing a nanoparticle and a solvent onto a plurality of first electrodes provided on one surface of a substrate;
- a step of applying a voltage to one electrode and another electrode of a pair of electrodes adjacent to each other among the plurality of first electrodes, so as to cause a potential difference between the one electrode and the another electrode;
- and
- a rinse step with a rinse solvent.
