• c) fixing and electrically connecting to the transfer substrate (101) at least one electrical power management circuit (131), configured to optimize electrical power delivered by at least one element (141) for converting ambient energy into electrical energy for supplying electrical power to a load;
• and
• d) forming, on the transfer substrate (101), at least one element (141) for converting ambient energy into electrical energy, wherein each power management circuit (131) is integrated into the control electronic circuit (123) of at least one of the elementary chips (401).
