Abstract
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first carrier, a second carrier, a first support, and a plurality of voltage regulating components. The second carrier is stacked over the first carrier. The first support is disposed between the first carrier and the second carrier and is at a central region of the first carrier. The voltage regulating components are disposed between the first carrier and the second carrier. At least one of the voltage regulating components is outside of the central region of the first carrier.
Claims20
An electronic device, comprising:
- a first carrier;
- a second carrier stacked over the first carrier;
- a first support disposed between the first carrier and the second carrier and at a central region of the first carrier;
- and
- a plurality of voltage regulating components disposed between the first carrier and the second carrier, wherein at least one of the voltage regulating components is disposed outside of the central region of the first carrier.
An electronic device, comprising:
- a first carrier;
- a second carrier stacked over the first carrier;
- a plurality of conductive elements configured to transmit a power signal between the first carrier and the second carrier;
- and
- at least one support disposed between the first carrier and a second carrier and configured to withstand a force on the conductive elements.
An electronic device, comprising:
- a first carrier;
- a second carrier stacked over the first carrier;
- and
- a plurality of conductive elements disposed between the first carrier and the second carrier, wherein the conductive elements comprise a first conductive element configured to transmit a power signal and a second conductive element comprising voids.
