A temperature control system for an electric vehicle includes an exchange arrangement with a radiator for dispensing operating heat, a primary heat exchanger arranged with respect to a longitudinal axis in front of the radiator, and a fan unit, which is designed to generate an air flow from an inlet side to an outlet side of the exchanger assembly opposite the longitudinal axis. An air passage arrangement is arranged on the outlet side of the exchanger arrangement, which can be at least partially locked in a locking position and released in a release position by a motorised locking unit with at least one blocking element. At least one guide wall is spaced perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the exchanger assembly and limits a return channel extending next to the exchanger assembly. A return current from the outlet side to the inlet side can be returned through the return channel.
