Abstract
A method for generating and outputting a work instruction includes the steps of recording device-specific information from a medical device and/or a component of the medical device, reading out or retrieving repair-relevant information based on the recorded device-specific information, in particular from a central data processing unit, deriving the work instruction from the read out repair-relevant information, outputting the derived work instruction to a user, in particular via an output unit, and checking, in particular by the medical device, whether the task has been completed.

A method for generating and outputting a work instruction, the method comprising the steps of:
- recording device-specific information from a medical device and/or a component of the medical device;
- reading out or retrieving repair-relevant information based on the device-specific information;
- deriving work instructions from the repair-relevant information that has been read out or retrieved;
- and
- outputting the work instruction to a user.
