Abstract

Provided is a coating film cutting apparatus capable of performing uniform cutting with high reproducibility and stability on a coating film. An apparatus that performs cutting processing on a test piece TP on which a coating film is formed includes a test piece holder 2 that holds the test piece TP, and a cutter unit 3 that performs the cutting processing on the test piece TP held by the test piece holder 2. The test piece holder 2 is provided on an apparatus base 20 so as to be movable in the X-axis, Y-axis, and θ-axis directions. The cutter unit 3 is attached to a second stage 73 suspended from a first stage 71 movable in the Z-axis direction via a load cell 72.
