The present disclosure proposes a curved conformal wireless passive heat flux sensor comprising metal wires disposed sequentially from a bottom upward, a silicon carbide substrate, a sensitive layer, and a thermal resistance layer. The sensitive layer includes a thermopile, an inductor, a capacitor and a microstrip antenna; the thermopile is connected to the capacitor, and the microstrip antenna and the inductor are connected to the other end of the thermopile; the thermal resistance layer has an opening to expose a thermal junction of the thermopile, and the metal wire connects the inductor and the capacitor to form a resonant circuit. The heat flux sensor remains flexible overall, enabling it to conform to the surface of curved components. It features high-temperature resistance and achieves wireless passive transmission of the heat flux signal, thereby resolving issues of difficult wiring and susceptibility to lead breakage in high-temperature, high-rotation environments.
