Abstract
A heat spreader, comprising: a body having a first surface, a second surface and an interior space therebetween, with heat being transferred from the first surface to the second surface by migration of vapourised working fluid through the space; and a porous member that is integrally formed with the body that extends around the space and provides a passageway for returning condensed working fluid towards the first surface.

A heat spreader, comprising:
- a body having a first surface, a second surface and an interior space therebetween, with heat being transferred from the first surface to the second surface by migration of vapourised working fluid through the space;
- and a porous member that is integrally formed with the body that extends around the space and provides a passageway for returning condensed working fluid towards the first surface.
