The system also includes a controller. The flash tank includes an inlet, a vapor outlet positioned at a top of the flash tank, and a liquid outlet positioned at a bottom of the flash tank. The flash tank is positioned downstream of the first expander. The first expander is positioned downstream of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger.
