Abstract
A method for manufacturing a nozzle for a combustor is provided. The method for manufacturing the nozzle for the combustor includes primarily disposing a rear plate at a location spaced apart from a front end of a mixing tube, the mixing tube being inserted through the rear plate, secondarily disposing a front plate on an outer circumferential surface of the front end of the mixing tube, the mixing tube being inserted through the front plate, and coupling an air tube, which extends in a longitudinal direction, to the front end of the mixing tube in an extended configuration.

A method for manufacturing a nozzle for a combustor, the method comprising:
- primarily disposing a rear plate at a location spaced apart from a front end of a mixing tube, the mixing tube being inserted through the rear plate;
- secondarily disposing a front plate on an outer circumferential surface of the front end of the mixing tube, the mixing tube being inserted through the front plate;
- and
- coupling an air tube, which extends in a longitudinal direction, to the front end of the mixing tube in an extended configuration.
A nozzle for a combustor, the nozzle comprising:
- a mixing tube extending in a longitudinal direction, the mixing tube being configured to mix air and fuel;
- a fuel chamber installed on an outer circumferential surface of the mixing tube, the mixing tube being inserted through the fuel chamber, and the fuel chamber configured to supply the fuel to the mixing tube;
- and
- an air tube, provided separately from the mixing tube, coupled to a front end of the mixing tube in an extended configuration, the air tube configured to supply air into the mixing tube.
A combustor comprising:
- a burner comprising a plurality of nozzles configured to inject fuel and air;
- and
- a duct assembly coupled to a portion of the burner and configured to transfer combustion gas, which is produced by combustion of the fuel and the air, to a turbine,
- wherein each of the nozzles comprises:
- a mixing tube extending in a longitudinal direction, the mixing tube configured to mix air and fuel;
- a fuel chamber installed on an outer circumferential surface of the mixing tube, the mixing tube being inserted through the fuel chamber, and the fuel chamber configured to supply the fuel to the mixing tube;
- and
- an air tube, provided separately from the mixing tube, coupled to a front end of the mixing tube in an extended configuration, the tube configured to supply air into the mixing tube.
