Abstract

An overload clutch includes a first shaft, a first friction element connected torque-transmittingly to the first shaft, a second shaft, arranged concentric to the first shaft, and a second friction element connected torque-transmittingly to the second shaft. The second friction element is statically frictionally connected to the first friction element such that the first shaft is connected torque-transmittingly to the second shaft below a predetermined slip torque. The first friction element and the second friction element are arranged radially between the first shaft and the second shaft. A shaft system including the overload clutch, an electric motor including the shaft system, and a drive train including the electric motor are also disclosed.
